# MX:AV:ARI

> Mexico - Actividad Vulnerable - Arrendamiento de Inmuebles — scope-specific fields and enums.

The `MX:AV:ARI` scope applies to **Arrendamiento de Inmuebles** — businesses and individuals that lease real estate. Under LFPIORPI, real estate lessors are classified as a vulnerable activity and must report qualifying lease transactions to the UIF/SAT.
